Order Confirmation Call
Our team calls you within 30 minutes to confirm the order, verify your delivery address, and answer any questions. The price is confirmed on this call — no hidden charges.
3️⃣
Dispatch & Tracking
Your order is packed in discreet, sealed packaging and dispatched. You receive an SMS with delivery updates.
4️⃣
Pay on Delivery
When the courier arrives, inspect the package. If everything is in order, pay cash. If the seal is broken or something looks wrong, you can refuse the delivery at no cost.

Packaging

All products ship in plain, discreet outer packaging — no product names or health-related text visible on the outside. Inside, the product is in its original manufacturer-sealed box with security labels intact.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are included in the product price shown on our website. The price you see on the product page and confirm during the verification call is the total amount you pay — no additional delivery fees at the door.

Missed Deliveries

If you're not available when the courier arrives, they will attempt to contact you by phone. We make up to 3 delivery attempts. If we cannot reach you after 3 attempts, the order is returned to our warehouse. Contact us to reschedule at no extra charge.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge before it has been dispatched. Call us at +254 714 832 091 or email support@pharmapluspharmacies.co.ke. Once the order is in transit, it must be received and then returned through our returns process.
